Our
Engineering staff at Die-Tech are dedicated professionals that
strive to
design the best Die Cast Die and Trim Die possible for your
application. Before the design even begins, we normally
would like to have an on-site meeting with our customer, and their
customer, to assure the best possible casting design for the die
casting process.
Before
any project is released for manufacturing, a set of preliminary
drawings are sent to the customer for final approval.
CAPABILITIES

Our Engineering department is equipped with the latest technology
to import 2D, 3D or Solid models via e-mail or ftp. -
We utilize Solidworks 2001 Pro-E 201 i2, and Mastercam to import and to create Solid Models.

With Cadkey as our primary 2D/3D package, we also utilize Autocad
14 when needed. -
We produce a complete set of detailed drawings with every tool
built, along with all steel and heat treat certifications. -
We utilize the latest version of Mastercam for our CAM software.

We utilize the latest computer hardware.

We offer continuous training for designers and programmers for
new upgrades in software.
