Cast & Trim Dies
Die-Tech is one of the few facilities that can offer both Die Cast
Dies and Trim Dies. Each department contains its own specialized
personnel that are dedicated to their profession. We utilize the
latest technology in CNC equipment and software to manufacture
both Die Cast Dies and Trim Dies. Die Cast Dies 
Our Die Cast Die department has the capability to design and build
unit dies, multi-cavity dies, and dies that require up to 1,600
ton die cast machines. We also offer tool repair, cavity
replacements, replacement details (slide tips, cores, inserts,
etc.) and refurbishment of tools.Trim Dies
Our
Trim Die department has the capability to design and build new
trim dies, repair existing trim dies and refurbish dies. Whether
it's a single cavity trim die, a multicavity trim die or a trim
die with multiple slides, we have the capability to design and
build any trim die to accommodate your application.
